Frequently asked
Is the certificate recognised by employers?
Yes. WINR certificates are issued jointly with named hiring partners for the applicable track. The value comes from the capstone and mentor endorsement, not just the paper.
How long is the certificate valid?
The certificate itself doesn't expire. We do recommend adding follow-up projects to your portfolio every 12–18 months to keep it current.
Can I retake an assessment or capstone?
Yes. One retake is included for each level. Additional retakes are available at a nominal fee with a fresh mentor review.
What if I miss the placement window?
You stay in the alumni talent pool. We keep referring active profiles to partner roles for 12 months after your cohort ends.
